Glass bead blasting

Glass Bead blasting is the process of removing surface deposits by applying fine glass beads at a high pressure without damaging the surface. It is used to clean surface damage (notches, scratches, corrosion, rust) from parts. we prefer bead blasting over sand blasting, as sand blasting tends to create a greater surface profile than bead blasting. With Bead blasting we creating a uniform surface finish on machined parts. the surface will look even and have a velvet finish. Most efficient is to bead blast aluminium before anodizing. we also use bead blasting on stainless steel parts and coat then with PTFE to protect the surface.
