Sheetmetal laser cutting with Amada’s fiberlaser 7 days a week!
We cut sheets up to 1500 x 3000 mm, we cut steel, stainless and other non ferrous metals.

We offer reasonably priced and fast delivery laser cut parts to our clients 7 days a week.
Amada’s 4kW LCG 3015 AJ fiber laser is most efficient for cutting thinner sheet metal, but we are good also to cut thicker materials. We also offer bending, tapping, countersinking, chamfering, milling and with our great partners also surface treatment (anodizing, electro galvanizing, oxidizing, painting) and welding for laser cut parts.

Equipment:

  • Amada 4kW  LCG 3015 AJ fiber laser

Materials we can cut:

  • Steel up to 20 mm,
  • Stainless steel up to 18 mm,
  • Aluminium up to 16 mm,
  • Brass up to 10 mm,
  • Copper up to 8 mm,
  • Titanium up to 10 mm.

Cutting range:

  • Max sheet dimensions 1500 x 3000 

Cut accuracy:

  • Accuracy from cutting file ± 0.1 mm

Most efficient cutting range:

  •  0.5 to 8 mm 

Possible production volume:

  • 620 hours a month.

Quotes

For quick quotes we need:

  • Cutting file which has only the cutting lines to the correct scale.
  • Cutting file format should be DXF, but we can handle DWG as well. 
  • If the part has to have marking or laser engraved lines, then these lines should be put into a layer named “Marking” and layer color sould be red (10) 
  • Technical drawings with dimensions and required tolerances in PDF.
  • If possible write the material and quantities into the cutting file filename           “Part-3mm-AISI304-150tk.dxf”
  • Parts with bending have to have a technical drawing where the details about the bends directions and angle are shown. 
  • Parts with bending if available should have a 3D model in STEP format.
